Double Date

This is Double Date!  A short dating simulator for United Game Jam where the people around you have a conversation and you have two options.  To agree or disagree.  Be careful, as the conversation will move without you should you hesitate.

I worked on this solo and this is my first game jam ever so feel free to leave feedback!

You are a user on the Masquerade app, a dating app where people use codenames and go on double dates of four.  You've heard rumors of a "premium membership" but you can't find any information about it.

Most of the backstory is implied through the game but I didn't get a chance to flesh it out as much as I'd like.

The theme of United Game Jam is Two.  This fits with the theme because well, it's a double date.  Two pairs of two meet and you also have two choices for every situation, agree or disagree.  At the end you and whoever you raised your affinity the highest with will leave the cafe.  And the two of you will walk home.
